Since
so many people have asked, we figured that we better get our
street team effort off the ground. Thanks to all of you that
have offered to join and now that things are rolling faster
then ever, we have a good idea of what you can do to help.
First things first…We are currently looking for Street
Team Ambassadors who live in or near the following cities:
Dallas
- Austin - Houston - Oklahoma City - Tulsa -
Lubbock - New Orleans - Little Rock - Kansas City |
All
areas will have two Ambassadors that will be the main contacts
for the street team in their area. Each will receive a bi-weekly
newsletter that will outline what the band is doing to spread
the word, specific tasks and up-to-date news. Each Ambassador
will receive posters and other promotional materials such
as stickers and hand-bills before every event planned in their
city and together with the other team members they will distribute
all materials provided. Ultimately, they will be in charge
of letting their city know when Scott Copeland & Sidetracks
will be coming to town. Remember, it’s your promotional
efforts that could be the reason your city has the biggest
turnout.
Street team members will also have a key role in building
the SC & Sidetracks bulletin board on our yahoo eGroup.

Through the bulletin board street team members can discuss
upcoming shows, news about the band and get acquainted with
each other. The bulletin board will be “THE” place
to find out about Scott Copeland & Sidetracks and street
team members can use this opportunity to recruit more fans.
By being a member of the street team you're entitled to rewards
for your promotional efforts. You'll get a tickets to the
show you've promoted and may have opportunities to go to meet
and greets, sound check parties and even dinners with the
band before the show. In addition, we’re printing up
some exclusive street team t-shirts you can sport while at
the show and while hitting the pavement!
